The Open Heart Project, Incorporated’s Love Bag Project: Essentials Drive is our annual community outreach project. We acquire donations from around the world to fill hundreds of bags to be distributed nationwide, with essential items for the homeless population and communities in need. Items for the Love Bags include, but are not limited to winter accessories (Hats, Scarves, Blankets, Socks), snacks, feminine and unisex hygiene products.
2025 Recipient
Safe Alliance is a nonprofit agency with more than 100 years of service to individuals and families in Mecklenburg county, NC.
Their mission is to provide hope and healing for those impacted by domestic violence and sexual assault.
